DIgSILENT has released a Preview version of PowerFactory 2020.

The preview version is available on the DIgSILENT website, to registered users of companies with valid guarantee/maintenance, on the Download Area section for registered users. Please be aware that this preview version is for your interest and feedback only; the official release will be in February 2020.

We are pleased to introduce this preview version of PowerFactory, which as well as extra features and functions this year comes with a fresh new look.

DIgSILENT has released a BETA version of PowerFactory 2019.

This new preview version is available to registered users of companies with valid guarantee/maintenance on the DIgSILENT. The installation files and the document “What’s New in PowerFactory 2019” can be found in our Download Area section for registered users.

In the new annual version PowerFactory 2019, major new calculation functions have been developed: Unit Commitment for optimising generation scheduling and dispatch, a Co-simulation function for RMS and EMT simulations and a Hosting Capacity function for the analysis of distribution networks.

This service pack comes with a new Offline Client application and various improvements and fixes to the main application. Please refer to the corresponding Release Notes for details.

StationWare 2018 delivers new features for an enhanced user experience. There has been an emphasis on the improvement of the performance. The search functionalities, the reports and the number of published service methods has been extended. It comes with new and improved manufacturer specific file interfaces.
